Cairo - Egypt is proud of its constructive cooperation relations with Cyprus, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi said on Tuesday. During a phone call with Cypriot President Nicos Anastasiades, Sisi highlighted the importance of promoting "distinguished relations" between the two countries in all fields. Anastasiades, for his part, also hailed the relations between Cairo and Nicosia, noting that his country is keen on promoting such relations. In the phone conversation, ways to strengthen the tripartite cooperation mechanism between Egypt, Cyprus and Greece were discussed.
