Cairo - Chairperson of the Egyptian Organization for Human Rights (EOHR) Hafez Abu Saada said that the Egypt can pursue Qatar in international courts as necessary documents that prove Qatar's guilty of supporting terrorism, are in our possession. He added that we have been already using these concrete evidences to sue Qatar before the International Criminal Court (ICC). During an appearance on a program aired on CBC TV, Abu Saada explained that registering names of fallen men and martyrs from within Egypt's army, the police force and Coptic Christians is underway so as to pay reparations for them. This scenario once happened in the Pan Am Flight 103 aircraft accident (Lockerbie bombing) that was perpetrated by two Libyans. The Libyan government then proceeded to pay compensations to the families of the 270 killed in the Lockerbie bombing, representing US$10 million per family. He noted that the organization will submit a motion to President El-Sisi and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sameh Shoukry for approval. Egypt has filed a complaint against Qatar before the United Nations Security Council, accusing the Gulf statelet of "State-sponsored Terrorism". The complaint is to be referred to the International Criminal Court (ICC). "We really do have evidence, of Qatar's implication into financing regional and transnational terrorism. In his own words, Qatari Emir admitted that his emirate ‘does support terrorist groups' that Arab quartet had placed on their Terror Lists. Days ago, in a viral video clip, Qatari Emir was heard unequivocally and literally describing these groups as ‘Not Terrorist at all," Abu Saada asserted.
