Cairo - President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi received on Thursday Guinean President Alpha Conde at the Presidentail Palace in the Cairo district of Heliopolis. After the welcome reception, both presidents held a press conference, in where President El-Sisi said that he discussed with Guinean president ways of developing and consolidating the bilateral relations between both sides. "We have agreed on the importance of developing and strengthening trade and economic relations between the two sides," El-Sisi said during a joint press conference. President El-Sisi stressed Egypt's keenness to enhance cooperation in fields of capacity development and technical expertise through training programs provided by Egyptian Agency of Partnership for Development (EAPD). El-Sisi and Conde discussed possible means to improve the African Union to be able to cope with contemporary changes and challenges. El-Sisi also hailed the role of the Guinean president in administering the African Union during his presidency this year.
