Cairo - The Muslim Council of Elders (MCE) strongly condemned the terror attack at Manchester Arena on Monday night, May 22, killing 22 people and wounding more than 50, British News agencies reported. The council stressed in a statement on Tuesday that the blood of all human beings is inviolable and protected, and that committing such despicable acts of terrorism is proof of the cowardice and inhumanity of its perpetrators. This requires unifying global efforts to eliminate the evilness of terrorism in all its forms. At the end, the council extended sincerest condolences to the grieving families of the victims of the tragic attack, to the British government and to the people of Britain at large, wishing a swift recovery to those injured.
