Ezzat Abou Ouf denounces Abdel Rehim Ali's assassination attempt

Cairo - Well known actor and musician Ezzat Abou Ouf denounced the assassination attempt on Abdel Rehim Ali, the Egyptian MP, which took place Saturday, May 13, 2017 in the city of Alexandria.
Today, in a statement to Al Bawaba News, Abou Ouf said, "These are extremely disgusting acts customary of terrorist organizations and many intellectuals have been subjected to the same heinous acts."
Abou Ouf addressed Abdel Rehim saying, "May God give you the strength to face these terrorist groups and keep you safe from their harm." He also advised Ali to keep his spirits up and to "remain on his path of uncovering these organizations that have no purpose but the destruction of Egypt."
He added that these terrorist groups have always targeted intellectuals, politicians and religious figures who work on defending the state and aim at the stability of the country.
