Parliament member and columnist, Abdel Rahim Ali condemned in a statement the terrorist attack carried out on Sunday in Iraq's capital Baghdad that killed 12 and wounded at least 30 people, Al-Bawaba News reported. Ali said that the escalation of terrorist attacks against the Iraqi people needs an urgent international action, calling on the Arab League and the United Nations (UN) to support Iraq's efforts to combat Islamic State (IS) terrorist group. He added that Iran and Turkey are interfering in Iraq's internal affairs, stressing on the importance to take a clear action against those two countries during the Arab summit currently held in Mauritania. Ali offered his condolences to Iraqi people and to the families of the victims, wishing injured people speedy recovery.
