Dutch Ambassador to Cairo, Gerard Steeghs arrived in Luxor Saturday to participate in the celebrations marking the third crowning anniversary of Dutch King Willem Alexander Claus, Al-Bawaba News reported. "The choice of Luxor was based on the state of security dominating the city," Deputy Director of the Dutch embassy, Karen Martina said.
