Egypt's President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi ordered government to facilitate adequate economic climate for the South Korean companies interested to invest and work in Egypt, Al Bawaba News reported. This came during Al Sisi's meeting with a delegation of Korean businessmen headed by South Korea's Minister of Commerce, Industry and Energy Joo Hyunghwan, during its visit to Cairo. Al Sisi has confirmed that the government spares no effort to improve the investment climate to attract more investment to Egypt, away from the bureaucratic procedures, through adopting new investment legislation. He stressed that the government also works on eliminating any obstacles that may encounter the work of South Korean companies in Egypt. This visit aims to discuss the investment projects upon which President Sisi agreed with the Korean officials during his recent visit to Korea in March, government sources.
