US dollar registers EGP 11.60 in black market

The US Dollar remained steady against the Egyptian pound in the black market on Thursday morning registering EGP 11.60 for buying, despite the strict measures taken by the central bank of Egypt (CBE) to control the dollar rise, Al-Bawaba News reported.
Economic experts predict that the currency will continue to rise due to the rarity of the currency.
The US currency continues to rise amid CBE attempts to maintain the pound value.
