The US Dollar remained steady against the Egyptian pound in the black market on Tuesday registering EGP 10.70 for buying, despite the strict measures taken by the central bank of Egypt (CBE) to control the dollar rise, Al-Bawaba News reported. CBE had announced that it will take strict measures against any firm or traders of black market but yet to announce the measures nature. Meanwhile, banking experts predicts that the strict measures will be the shutdown of the exchange firm and the arrest of the traders of the foreign currency.
