Tourism Minister Yehia Rashed met Wednesday with his Namibian counterpart Pohamba Sovia and his accompanying delegation, to discuss ways to strengthening tourism cooperation between the two countries, Al-Bawaba News reported. The meeting also discussed the importance of tourism training, exchanging of experiences and tourism curriculum. During the meeting, Rashed had stressed on the importance of deepening political relations with African countries. Sovia pointed out that he visited many African countries, and wishes to strengthen tourism cooperation with Egypt. Namibia has a population of about 2.3 million people with about 1.5 million annually visiting tourists, Namibian Minister added.
