Egyptian Foreign Ministry strongly condemned the terrorist attacks that hit the Belgian capital Brussels Tuesday morning, leaving 28 killed and 30 injured, Al-Bawaba News reported. The ministry, in a statement on its Facebook page, has expressed Egypt's condolences and solitary to the Belgian government and the victims' families during these difficult times. Spokesman for the ministry, Ahmed Abu Zeid emphasized Egypt's stand on terrorism, and that the time has come for the world to stand and deal with this phenomena that's targeting the security and stability of the nations, which needs to be dealt with swiftly and on international level to contain terrorism, both ideology or on the financial level, to prevent the recruitment of more individuals to the ranks of these criminal groups. He added Egypt is sure the Belgian government will do all it can to disclose the circumstances of these unfortunate incidents and to bring the perpetrators to justice.
