Parliament Speaker, Ali Abdel Aal submitted Monday the House of Representatives' new internal statute to State Council after finishing its amendments, Al-Bawaba News reported. The parliament new internal statute consists of 438 articles divided into 14 sections as well as explanatory memorandums. The new internal statute will include the implementation of the new constitution provisions, ruling out the provisions that violates it as well as activating the legislative authority role. This is the first time that the Egyptian constitution stipulates that the parliament's internal statute must be issued by a law as in the previous constitutions it allowed the parliament to put and amend its internal statute at any time.
