The Minya Criminal Court adjourned Saturday the retrial of 372 elements related to the banned Muslim Brotherhood (MB) in storming Matay police station to Mar.13, Al Bawaba news reported. Earlier in 2014 court sentenced 37 to death while 335 were sentenced to life in prison over accusations of storming Matay police station, murdering its deputy chief following the disperse of Rabaa sit-in, Aug.2013. The Cassation Court decided to retry the defendants after they have filed an appeal which was approved by general prosecution.
