Court retries 364 MBs in Matay police station storming case

Minya Criminal Court will resume Tuesday, the retrial of 364 members of the Muslim Brotherhood(MB) in the case of Matay police station storming incidents, Al-Bawaba news reported.
On April 28, 2014, 37 defendants were sentenced to death, while 491 others were sentenced to life in prison, over charges of murdering policeman of Matay police station, setting fire to the police station and seizing its weapons following the dispersal of Rabaa and Nahda sit-ins in August 2013.
