Azhar's Imam to visit Germany in March

Azhar's Grand Imam Ahmed Al Tayeb will visit Germany in March upon an initiative from Westphalia University, Youm7 reported on Friday.
The Egyptian Sheikh is scheduled to visit the German parliament to meet a number of parliamentarians to discuss the Islamic values and principles. He will participate in Global Interfaith Conference due to be held on March 17.
Tayeb will also meet with Pope Francis of the Vatican on March 19 to discuss the ways to boost cooperation between Azhar and the Vatican during the coming period.
