Shoukry will not attend Arab-Russian Cooperation Forum

Egypt's Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry will not attend the Arab Russian Cooperation Forum scheduled to be held in Moscow on February 26, said Foreign Ministry's Spokesperson Ahmed Abu Zeid on Friday.
He added, in a press statement, that the Egyptian minister will accompany President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi in a foreign tour during the same period.
