Russian industry minister, Alexander Potapov arrived Monday at Cairo international airport, to attend joint Egyptian-Russian business and technical cooperation committee's 10th session, Youm7 News reported. His visit to Egypt will last for two days, during which he will meet a number of Egyptian officials to discuss ways of cooperation between Egypt and Russia. The minister is heading a delegation of 60 representatives of Russian companies operating in important fields that interest both sides, participated. The fields which the Russian companies operate in include industry and banking services, mining, manufacturing of trains and tractors, tourism, telecommunications, and construction. A large number of Egyptian companies will take part in the forum, which aims to present real opportunities to attract more direct foreign investments to Egypt.
