Culture minister visits Luxor to inspect preparations to welcome Sisi

Minister of culture, Helmy El Namnam arrived Monday in Luxor international airport to inspect preparations to welcome President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi and his Chinese counterpart, Xi Jinping to the governorate.
Governor of Luxor, Mohamed Badr is expected to escort El Namnam on an inspection tour of Luxor Temple, ahead of Al Sisi and Xi Jinping's visit in two days, to launch celebrations of the Chinese cultural year, Al Bawaba News reported.
A special theater performance has been planned for Al Sisi and Xi Jinping, which will include a show from Aida Opera, to mark the launch of the name ‘Egypt-China year' for 2016.
