Giza Criminal Court postponed on Thursday trial of 42 elements linked to Ajnad Misr terror group over terror-related charges to Feb.15, Al-Bawaba News reported. The defendants are charged with conspiring to overthrow the ruling regime, joining an entity based on illegal principles against the law, inciting riots, sabotage and targeting police and army personnel using improvised explosives. Earlier, Ajnad Misr leader, Hammam Mohamed Ateya was shot dead during fire exchange with police forces.
