The Court of Cassation will consider Monday, the appeal of Muslim Brotherhood (MB) leaders against the life and death sentences in the incidents of Guidance Bureau incidents case that took place in 2013, Aswat Masriya news reported. In past February, the Cairo Criminal Court sentenced 14 MB leaders to life in prison, including the Supreme Guide Mohamed Badie and his deputy Khairat al-Shater, and sentenced 4 others to death. Prosecution had accused the defendants of committing murders inciting violence, possessing unlicensed weapons, joining militant group and rioting. Incidents took place in front of the Guidance Bureau in Mokattam, following the uprising of June 30, 2013 which ousted the former President Mohamed Morsi. Incidents led to the death of 12 persons and injury of 91 others.
