Sisi to attend NCO's graduation ceremony

President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi will attend Sunday, the new group of Non-Commissioned Officers (NCO) graduation ceremony, Al-Bawaba News reported.
The ceremony will be attended also by Minister of Defense, Sedki Sobhi and Chief of Staff Mahmoud Hegazy as well as a number of ministers and governors.
