The Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Ahmed Al-Tayeb denounced the French air strike that targeted a primary school in Al-Mosul city, southern Baghdad, leaving 28 students killed and tens injured, Al-Bawaba News reported Wednesday. Al-Tayeb asserted that the lack of accuracy in targeting the strongholds of terrorists as well as random reactions will not combat terrorism, rather it would contribute to its expansion. Al-Azhar called the French authorities to investigate the accident and figure out the responsible for killing those civilians.
