Court retries 25 defendants in "Al-Zaitoun Terrorist Cell" case

The Cairo Criminal Court resumes Wednesday the retrial of 25 defendants in the case of "Al-Zaitoun Terrorist Cell," over accusations of forming terrorist cell and stealing a jewelry shop in Al-Zaitoun district, Al-Bawaba news reported.
The Supreme State Security Court has sentenced some of the defendants to different terms in prison, and acquitted others, but the prosecution and the defense team appealed the verdict.
