Army forces safely detonate IED planted by terrorists in Sheikh Zuweid

Army forces discovered Sunday morning an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) in the town of Sheikh Zuweid, northern Sinai governorate, El-Badil News reported.
The army forces moved quickly to successfully and safely detonate the IED by shooting at it from a distance, a security source told El-Badil, on condition of anonymity.
The source revealed that no injuries have occurred during the detonation. The army forces set up a security cordon and searched the surrounding area for more IEDs, the source added.
