Vice president of the Association of travel companies Dimitri Guerin said the sector's loss amounted to $10 million since the suspension of flights to Egypt, last Friday, Al-Bawaba News reported. He said to the Russian news agency "Tass", that tourism companies are in a difficult situation now, not only they're bearing the cost of return flights from Egypt, and not sending other tourists to the state, but they're also paying additional amounts for flights heading to Turkey, Cyprus and other countries. He adds: there are 56 flights currently moving from Egypt to 26 Russian cities; bags will be delivered to the international airport in two or three flights a day. The Russian President Vladimir Putin approved on the sixth of November, on the recommendations of the Counter-Terrorism Committee, and suspending trips to Egypt. Kremlin spokesman, Dmitri Peskov, said that this procedure won't stop after the end of investigations, but will continue to take the necessary security measures.
