Military spokesman: 31 new tunnels slots destroyed

Brigadier General military spokesman, Mohammad Samir announced the discovery and destruction of 31 new tunnel slots on the Egyptian Rafah border with the Gaza Strip, Al-Bawaba News reported.
The spokesman said in a statement today that the border guards foiled an infiltration attempt and illegal immigration to the number of 3 thousand and 576 people of different nationalities last October.
Armed Forces efforts also resulted in the seizure of 206 weapons of various types from shotguns to rocket R. Me. Ji other than a large amount of ammunition.
In the field of drugs, 6550 kg of narcotic plant banjo, 260 kgs of hashish, 1.1 million of the Tamil drug, Tramadol tablets and 36753 carcinogenic cigarettes were seized.
