A number of Palestinians predawn Tuesday suffocated after inhaling tear gas fired at them by Israeli army soldiers during clashes that broke out in Jenin's Refugee Camp and town of Burqin to the west, reported local and security sources. Sources informed WAFA that a large military force stormed Jenin's Refugee Camp and town of Burqin to the west, raiding and searching several homes amid firing tear gas canisters and concussion grenades, spurring clashes with locals. Locals Qais Al-Sa'adi and Tha'er Jaradat were detained by the army. Another military force reportedly stormed the village of Bir al-Basha to the south of Jenin, where they conducted a large-scale combing campaign. Until the moment, the number of Palestinians who were killed by Israeli soldiers' excessive use of firearm since the beginning of violent unrest across the West Bank, including Jerusalem and Gaza, in October 1, 2015, has reached 61, including 14 children, since the beginning of October 2015.
