President Abdel Fatah Al Sisi met Monday with Prime Minister, Sherif Ismail and cabinet of ministers to discuss development of health and transportation, as well as means to ensure availability of goods and medicine. The meeting tackled the Ministry of Environment's ambitious project to implement a number of programs related to sewage treatment in 650 villages, Al Bawaba News reported. The cabinet shed light on the means to the development of the transportation system, as the Minister of Transportation addressed the efforts made by the ministry for the rehabilitation and development of the train and locomotive vehicles. The president pointed out to the need to work on developing the education sector in Egypt. He also stressed on the need to coordinate between the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, which would contribute to the development of educational services provided to students. The meeting witnessed a review of the actions that are taken in order to ensure availability of food commodities and medicine at affordable prices in the market, in order to meet the needs of citizens. Also, Al Sisi stressed on the need to ensure the regularity of services provided to citizens, particularly the regularity of electricity and gas supply. On the other hand, the meeting witnessed a review of the situation of the Egyptians living abroad and ways to link their experiences to the homeland in order to benefit from their expertise and ideas in various fields.
