Petroleum Min. seeks boosting value-added petrochemical industry

Egypt's Minister of Petroleum Tarek Al-Mulla said the ministry seeks to increase the value-added petrochemical industry by producing agricultural fertilizers for the domestic use, Al-Bawaba News reported Saturday.
Al-Mulla added the ministry has applied the GBS technology on transport vehicles to monitor its movement in a bid to prevent smuggling of petroleum products.
