A trading forum organized by the Trade Institute kicked off Monday morning, in the presence of representatives of 37 foreign countries, and a number of economic and trade offices of the governments of the participating countries, led by "Germany - Belgium - Russia - Czech Republic - Austria - India - Greece - China - Nigeria - Sudan - Senegal - South Sudan - Gabon - Zambia - Kenya - South Africa - Democratic Republic of Congo - Saudi Arabia - Finland - Brazil - Turkey - Malaysia ", Al-Bawaba news reported. Major General Alaa Abdel Karim, head of the General Authority for Kabh on exports and imports, Maj. Gen. Gamal Hegazy, President of the General Authority for Land and dry Ports, Michael Jamal, Director of the Bilateral Agreements, the Ministry of Commerce , and a number of agents of various ministries participating from the Egyptian side. In the beginning, Mohammed Hashim, chairman of the forum welcomed the guests, and touched on the most important importers and exporters' problems with the legislation of the Central Bank which has led to price inflation rather than maintaining the markets. Moreover, Maj. Gen. Alaa Abdel Karim, head of the General Authority for Control of Exports and Imports, spoke about the ministry's vision and the strength of the Egyptian market, and promised to ease the testing procedures and review the goods. On his part, the Greek Ambassador in Cairo confirmed the depth of historical relations between Egypt and Greece for it's the largest European investor in Egypt with more than 284 Greek companies.
