Columnist Abdul Rahim Ali started Tuesday his electoral tour in Giza's Meet Okba district, Al Bawaba News reported. Ali, who will run for the Parliament on Dokki and Agouza constituency, praised the efforts of the police and army to fight terrorism in Sinai. He expressed appreciation for their major sacrifices to protect the country and ensure security and stability of it. He also praised June 30 Revolution, pointing out that Egypt's great people revolted against tyranny and injustice in an attempt to save the country from the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) terrorist group's grip on the rule. Furthermore, he vowed to fight corruption, which has spread throughout various institutions. He applauded President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi's decision to reshuffle the cabinet and appoint a new one instead, after reports surfaced of allegedly corruption claims linked to the government.
