The head of Morocco's anti-terrorist investigative unit has announced the dismantling of a militant cell that he says was in contact with ISIS and possessed weapons and bomb-making material. Abdelhak Khiyam, the head of the Central Bureau of Judicial Investigations - dubbed Morocco's FBI - said the five men were awaiting for the arrival of an ISIS bomb-making expert to carry out their attack. Journalists Monday were shown four pistols and an automatic weapon recovered from the group, as well as pepper spray, samurai swords and quantities of sulfur and ammonium nitrate. The firearms were smuggled in through neighboring Algeria, added Khiyam. Since the unit was formed in March, it has announced the dismantling of 15 terror cells.
