Minister of Supply and Internal Trade Khaled Hanafy said that the Ministry and Chambers of Commerce are studying the establishment of a logistics center and market for wholesale activities in Alexandria, Al-Bawaba News reported Sunday. Hanafi said that the ministry plans to establish logistics centers and wholesale markets to provide goods in low prices, adding that the ministry seeks for establishing logistics centers and modern markets in Tanta city and Gharbiya governorate. The minister believes that these centers will lead to increasing grains, vegetables and fruits quantities, reduce their costs, as well as providing thousands of direct and indirect employment opportunities.
