Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood (MB) spokesperson, Mohamed Montasser announced in a statement the launch of a campaign entitled "Rabia" to commemorate the dispersal of Rabiaa and Nahda sit-ins, Al-Bawaba News reported Wednesday. The new campaign incites against the state's authorities and calls for violence against security personnel and civilians. The MB international organization will launch another campaign entitled "The Story of Rabiaa"; A number of MB linked entities, including the International Union of Muslim Scholars (IUMS) and the group's "Revolutionary Council", will participate, sources added. The Rabia and Nahda armed sit-ins were dispersed Aug. 14, 2013, less than two months following the ouster of former president Mohamed Morsi amid mass street protests.
