Cairo Criminal Court decided Tuesday to postpone the retrial of two defendants of the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) to October 7, in the case publicly known as "Al-Marg violence incidents", Youm7 news reported. The MB defendants and six others were sentenced to life in prison over charges of joining terrorist organization, protesting, inciting violence, crowding and sabotage in Al-Marg area. The violence clashes there led to the death of seven citizens. South Cairo Criminal Court will resume Tuesday the trial of 47 members of MB, charged with killing two police officers and injuring others, during an attack on Al-Tebbin police station in 2013. Prosecution also accused the defendants of thuggery, setting fire to a police station as well as possessing weapons and joining an outlawed group.
