Egyptian Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab will start a two day visit to Equatorial Guinea, Monday, to discuss bilateral relations and cooperation between the two countries, Al Bawaba News reported Saturday. Mahlab will participate in the first international conference to combat "Ebola" with strong participation from the Egyptian Ministry of Health. President of Equatorial Guinea, Theodore Obiang Nugiyma has described the Egyptian relations with Equatorial Guinea as a "special relationship" launching a new stage of cooperation in many sectors, sources said. Mahlab pointed out that President Obiang recommended his officials to benefit from the Egyptian expertise in tourism, agriculture, petroleum, health and construction as Egypt is keen on working to contribute in the future investment operations in Equatorial Guinea. It is scheduled for Mahlab to open the new Egyptian Embassy in the capital, Malabo and to visit the headquarters of the Arab Contactors company which was founded in 2003 to implement development projects in fields of constructing roads, bridges and housing as well as water drinking and sanitation projects with volume of projects worth $ 2 billion since its inception. After his visit to Equatorial Guinea, Mahlab will fly, Wednesday, to Milan to participate in the International Fair of Milan, Italy, which will be held from 22 to 24 July.
