After the assassination of Egypt's Attorney General Hisham Barakat, police urged ministers, journalists, and public figures, to change their curricula lines every day, Al-Bawaba news reported Sunday. A weekly cabinet meeting was held Wednesday at the Police Academy instead of the Investment Authority Headquarters for security reasons.
The security measures also include assigning two guard cars instead of one for each minister in addition to changing their place of residency, if there was an alternative. Additionally, Ministry of interior gave strict instructions to officers guarding ministers to immediately deal with any terrorist attack, and to always be ready.
