Egypt's Supreme Council of Armed Forces (SCAF) held Wednesday an urgent meeting to discuss the repercussions of the terrorist attacks in the North Sinai province, Al-Bawaba News reported. The meeting will tackle developments of the army operations in the province and set a plan to defend ambushes that came under attack in the morning by the Islamic State-linked Wilayat Sinai militants. President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi has chaired the last meeting of SCAF in April following similar terrorist attacks that hit the country back then.
