Salloum Border Crossing receives 296 Egyptians returning from Libya: official

Salloum Border Crossing received 296 Egyptians in the past 24 hours returning from Libya, Matrouh governorate security director, Major General Anani Hamouda announced Saturday, Al Bawaba News reported.
Hamouda added that 106 people had illegally entered the country.
Since February, more than 40 thousand Egyptians have returned home from Libya, after Egypt launched airstrikes on Islamic State (IS) jihadist group sites in Libya after it executed 21 Egyptian Copts.
