Giza Criminal Court resumes Sunday the trial of 45 defendants accused of committing riots, and forming outlawed group which belongs to the Muslim Brotherhood (MB), Al Bawaba News reported. Cairo criminal court considers Sunday the trial of Mohamed Al Zawahri, brother of Al Qaeda's leader Ayman Al Zawahri, and 68 other defendants until June 16 in the case publicly known as 'Al Zawahri cell case,' Al Bawaba News reported. The defendants face charges of forming a terrorist group affiliated to Al Qaeda, assaulting policemen, civilians and public property as well as endangering the safety and unity of the society. Giza Criminal Court will resume the trial of five defendants on Sunday, in the case publicly known as "Ultras Rab'awy," Al Bawaba news reported. Defendants, who belong to the Muslim Brotherhood (MB), are accused of forming terrorist cell, aiming at assaulting public and private buildings, and committing violence attacks. Giza Criminal Court retries Sunday a defendant affiliates to Muslim Brotherhood (MB) who received life sentence and a fine amounted at EGP20 thousand, in the case known as the "Burning of Kerdasa Church," Al Bawaba News reported.
