The world order should support the peace between the powerful and the weak and to end the wars all over the world, Al Azhar's Grand Imam Ahmed Al Tayeb said. The statement came during his meeting with the delegation of Washington Institute for Middle East policies in the Sheikhdom on Monday. Egypt's top cleric stressed on the need for respecting the peoples' will from the major powers of the international community. The delegation expressed its appreciation to the efforts exerted by the Islamic institution and its grand imam to promote the international peace. They stressed that the visit comes in the framework of their desire to develop the U.S-Egyptian relations and to know Azhar's vision in this regard. They added that Tayeb's proposals are appreciated and will be referred to the U.S Administration.
