Joint task force announced in a statement that the international coalition's fighter jets conducted 18 air raids on Islamic State's (IS) sites in Syria and Iraq, during the last 24 hours, Reuters reported Friday. Coalition's jets conducted 10 air raids on IS' sites near the Iraqi cities of Baiji, Fallujah, Mosul, Tal Afar, along with the towns of Makhmur and Sinjar, destroying a network of tunnels, combat sites and heavy machine guns, and killing tactical units. Meanwhile, in Syria, the fighter jets conducted eight air raids on IS' sites near the cities of Al Hasakah, Aleppo, Raqqa and Kubani, targeting tactical units, gathering place of IS militants, a network of trenches and combat sites.
