Joint Task Force announced Sunday in a statement that the international coalition's fighter jets have conducted 26 air raids on Islamic State's (IS) sites in Syria and Iraq, since Saturday, RT reported. The statement read that the coalition's fighter jets carried out 18 air raids on IS' sites in north and west of Iraq, including seven air raids near the city of Ramadi. These air raids hit a number of targets, including tactical units, a facility that manufactures improvised explosive devices (IED) and other buildings. The statement also said that other air raids hit targets near the Iraqi cities of Baiji, Fallujah, Mosul and Tal Afar, in addition to the Iraqi village of Sinjar. Meanwhile, the coalition's jets also launched eight air raids on IS' sites in Syria, hitting targets near the city of Ayn Al-Arab and Al-Hasakah province.
