Egyptian courts resume Wednesday the consideration of terror-related cases linked to the chaotic events witnessed in the country for the past four years. Cairo Criminal Court resumes the trial of ousted President Mohamed Morsi on Wednesday over the charges of espionage, Al Bawaba News reported. The former President and other 10 co-defendants are accused of leaking top secret military reports to Qatar. Morsi was sentenced to death on Saturday in the jailbreak case in accusation of cooperating with foreign movements to destabilize the country during January 25 Revolution. In the same context, the trial of Muslim Brotherhood Supreme Guide Mohamed Badei will be resumed by Ismailia Criminal Court. The spiritual leader of the terrorist group faces charges of committing violent actions in Ismailia two days after the ousting of former President Mohamed Morsi in July 2013. Ismailia's violence led to the killing of three citizens and a number of casualities. Minya Criminal Court is scheduled to issue its verdict against 11 defendants accused of blocking the public road and suspending public transportation in Minya during their protests against Morsi's exclusion from the power.
