Minya Criminal Court postponed, Tuesday, the trial of 123 Muslim Brotherhood (MB)'s members until June 4 to seal the case evidence, Al Bawaba newspaper reported. The prosecution accuesed the defendants of storming a police station in Minya's city of Al Edwa, killing a policeman and releasing detainess. The police station witnessed increasing violence from MB's supporters in the aftermath of Rabaa sit-in dispersal in August 2013. The court sentenced, in the first trial, 683 defendants to death and life imprisonment, including MB's Supreme Guide Mohamed Badei, while the Court of Appeal referred the case to another judicial circuit to reconsider the case.
