Cairo Criminal Court resumes Tuesday the espionage trial of ousted president Mohamed Morsi and 10 other co-defendants, Al Bawaba News reported. The defendants face charges of leaking top secret military reports, issued by Egypt's Intelligence Authority and Armed Forces and related to the country's national security, to a foreign country, Qatar This is the first public appearance for Morsi, after the death sentence issued against him past Saturday, alongside 105 others, over jailbreak charges during the 2011 uprising that toppled President Hosni Mubarak.
