Cairo criminal court resumes Tuesday trial of ousted president Mohamed Morsi and 10 other defendants, in case publicly known as the ‘espionage case' on air, to unseal evidence sitting, Al Bawaba News reported. The public prosecutor charged defendants for disclosing military secrets to a foreign country (Qatar), where they misappropriated the reports issued by the intelligence agencies, armed forces and national security. Reports included information and data related to the Egyptian Armed Forces headquarters, alongside the internal and external policies of the country. The defendants possessed 10 copies of those reports. It's worthy to mention that this is the first public appearance of Morsi in the blue uniform, the uniform of convicted defendants, since he was sentenced to 20 years in prison April, over killing protestors of Itihadiya Palace, December 2012.
