The U.S.-led international coalition and Iraqi army killed 35 Islamic State (IS) militants in Kirkuk and Anbar provinces, Youm7 news reported Saturday. Baghdad Operations Command also announced that the coalition had launched airstrikes on IS sites in the Karma district of Anbar province, killing five militants and destroying a number of outposts. The Iraqi and Al Hashd Al Shaabi (Popular Crowd) forces conducted several raids on IS in Baghdad, killing seven militants and defusing 46 explosive devices, the statement added.
