Giza Criminal Court considers Wednesday the retrial of ousted president Hosni Mubarak and his two sons, Alaa and Gamal, over corruption charges, according to Youm7 News. Mubarak and his two sons are accused of embezzling EGP125 million (almost $16 million) from the presidential palaces' budget. Cairo Criminal Court had sentenced Mubarak to three years in prison in May 2014 in the same case. His two sons were sentenced to 4 years in prison and to return EGP 21 million. They were also fined EGP125 million. The court of Cassation had overturned the guilty verdict in January.
